Admin & Social Media Assistant
We’re here looking for a confident social media user with great communication skills. This role will involve some customer service & admin duties eg replying to email enquiries, customer care and arranging meetings as required , so being organised is important.
You will be creating content for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We welcome initiative, and if you wish to start a TikTok channel, love making videos, or want to focus on collaborating with influencers, you will be given the freedom to experiment and run with your ideas.
A varied role throughout the year, you will be part of a small but highly engaging team that designs and delivers every aspect of events in-house. You'll offer excellent customer service, and will be involved in the journey taking the first enquiry to event day.
General office administration duties , as well as you will learn the mechanics and delivery of bar and catering services.
You will be trained in how to interview staff, and carry our training with new starters for casual bar and waiting work. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can multi ask effectively, be enthusiastic and positive in their nature and have an excellent telephone manner.
Trained in all aspects of sound, lighting and projection – working closely with Technical manager to assist with set up and breakdown on technical equipment, sound checks and loading / unloading
Trained to work at height and using access equipment safely. Liase with bands and clients Training given on maintaining and repair of stage equipment to include moving lights and microphones speakers etc. Record keeping and maintaining logs
Online Recipe/Food items Assistant
- • Develop online sales initiative • Maintain online shop and ensure orders are manged and full filled • Online enquires and billing / sending receipts and billing • Updating stock items and specials and creating new product lines
Venue Maintenance Assistant
Maintaining venue appearance is kept to high standards at all times, painting , decorating and general repairs, to maintain high standards to bring additional confidence for returning customers. Reporting to Venue Buildings Manager
Catering and Live Shows Steward
Need arisen due to new business direction. Responsible for set up of tables on catered events, and steward role for live event days Ensuring ticketing seats are allocated, and customer contact on event days.
